HOUSTON, Texas – March 19, 2018 – Today, Sonnedix USA Services Limited, an Independent Power Producer, and FlexGen, a leading supplier of energy storage technology and renewables integration, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop, finance and install 10MWh of energy storage at solar PV facilities within North America in 2018.
FlexGen will provide the design, integration and commissioning of turn-key energy storage systems coupled with solar generation, leveraging the company’s FlexGen HybridOS software platform that provides integrated controls, real-time system optimization, and safety monitoring throughout the energy storage system’s life. Sonnedix will provide the design, construction and financing of solar PV, building upon their more than 1.3GW of controlled solar capacity.
