FlexGen welcomes Colleen Campbell, our new Business Development Director. She will be helping the team cultivate new and existing relationships with our Utility clients across the US. We love her motto: “The key to successful business development is listening rather than talking.“
Colleen brings with her 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry for power. She has also held sales positions for markets such gas, solar, wind, batteries, transmission and distribution markets for engineering and EPC companies. She earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
She has had her eye on the energy storage market for some time and found that FlexGen was the right fit. “It seemed to me like a major shift to renewables and storage would be the keystone in the energy transition. After partnering with integrators for a couple of years as an EPC, I am now thrilled to be working for FlexGen!”
Colleen expressed what she felt was important to joining the team saying, “Great leadership, dynamic growth, startup mentality with a strong operating performance are a few attributes that attracted me to FlexGen. During one of my interviews, I was told that I am more than a rolodex, I bring my whole self to work. It left a lasting impression on me that this is a culture that I want to be a part of. With a singular focus on batteries and software, we have a very clear mission.”
