Rajat joins FlexGen as a system studies engineer with a string of degrees in engineering and energy systems. He received his bachelor’s of technology with a major in electrical and electronics, and a minor in electronics and communications from PES University in Bengaluru, India. He also graduated from Arizona State University with a Master of Science in Power and Energy Systems, and is currently working on a Master’s in Sustainable Business Strategies from Harvard Business School.

Renewable energy has always fascinated him, and Rajat is driven by the greater purpose of his work. He is excited to make a positive impact on sustainable energy resources and make sustainable power available to everyone.

He found FlexGen by searching for a job profile where he could simultaneously explore both the technical and business prospects of the energy storage industry. He immediately jumped on the job and is very excited to work with a multidisciplinary team. Specifically, his goals include bridging the gap between the business development team and the technical team to help grow the company with smarter and more efficient solutions.
